Please fill out the following form (include as much information as possible to increase your chances of approval). We read through all applications and will contact you for further information and to supply you with pricing and any other information necessary to a prospective Marithyme Client. Not all applications can be accepted. We do very few breedings usually one litter every year or so. Our planned Nautical theme litter is the repeat of our earlier Exploration litter. Those puppy's are all typey, healthy and happy having recently just turned one year old!

*If you are ages 18 to 25 and renting I will not sell a Newfie puppy to you. Chances are you will need to relocate several times and it is nearly impossible to locate a rental with a giant breed dog in tow. I may make an exception if you have a parent co-sign your sales agreement to promise the dog will always have a safe haven in the event the young buyer can no longer house this dog. Agreement 1 I agree to never breed this Marithyme pet quality dog/bitch (sold as a pet on AKC LTD. registration), and to spay/neuter it before it reaches 14 months of age no sooner. If I later breed this dog, I agree to pay a penalty of $10,000.00 to Newfoundland Club of America Rescue Network and return ownership of the dog to the seller. Agreement 2 I agree to keep this dog in my possession and not give away, sell, or abandon it - but return it to this breeder if I relinquish custody. (If this breeder sells the dog, a refund in that amount will be given less all expenses.) Agreement 3 I agree to provide a safe, clean environment with a securely fenced yard. Agreement 4 I agree to provide a daily routine of feeding, training, exercise, play, and nurturing. Agreement 5 I agree to care for this dog humanely at all times, providing necessary medical care and regular check-ups. Agreement 6 I agree to have this dog wear a collar with an identification tag as well as microchip the puppy on the very first Vet visit. Including the breeder as an emergency contact. Agreement 7 I agree to attend puppy socialization classes before the dog is 6 months old, and to begin obedience training directly following completion of puppy class. A large dog is a large responsibility. Achieving a Canine Good Citizens Award should be a buyer's goal. You want your puppy and grown dog to be an "asset" not a "liability". Agreement 8 I promise that all my information is correct. Agreement 9 I understand that sending this application does not automatically entitle me to a dog. I understand that this application is just a beginning step in the interview process. Applicant is under no obligation to purchase. This is the first step in the Marithyme potential puppy buyer's screening process. All applicants will not be accepted.
