Life with Jetty is a joy! She is fun and playful, loves hugs and kisses, the best TV pillow to be found. Jetty is full of herself. She is not a huge Newfie. After the birth of her first litter, she has gained a mature figure. Her lines are clean. She is not a drooler which makes life easier. She adores going for long trips in the car. If I lift her car collar she dances around the kitchen, once in the car she behaves and is good company.
Jetty loves being groomed, she is even good about having her nails done. I think she just loves the attention. Each member of our family has made up games they play with her. She loves to perform her doggy tricks for company. I chose to teach her these because I knew her large size may frighten callers or passers on our walks. When she sits up and does her circus bear trick, folks smile and laugh and all of a sudden, they forget a big 120 lb dog is in their presence, they also move in closer!
I adore our girl and now I am lucky enough to have her daughter Puddles. The two make quite a team.
